早前我個上司send 左個e-mail 比我，係performance review，係講so far 你做成點。內容如下:

Strengths:
You got a good accuracy rating (Accuracy is one of the important requirements in your job. Keep this great accuracy) You have followed the tasks requirements when you perform your tasks (Standardise procedure/process/service also is one of the important requirements in your job. Again, keep this great work) You have asked questions for clarification (This is a good start of communication within the team. On the one hand, unnecessary mis-understanding / problems / errors can be reduced. On the other hand, it helps your works as well as other colleagues works more easier with the good communication/understanding with each other)

Development Needs:
You have a room to speed up your work (We are promoting high performance culture, I would like you to perform your tasks with reasonable speed "should be faster than now" & maintain the accuracy.) Related to the above point: you need to take up more responsibilities from others when you can feel up your time. Seek to understand more about the business of Markets Team. When you have time, let me or others know. I am more than happy to walk you thru.

I think we can review your performance further after a period of time i.e. say 1 month after the first performance review next Friday. Besides, I would like to emphasis again that please leave office on time unless you are request to do so. Otherwise, go home to enjoy the balance of life (this is the culture of NAB). f.y.i. no overtime will be paid if you stay here without our requests (your understand is highly appreciated).

In the meeting of first performance review, I would tell you the details of your role as well as the requirements. I also would like to know something about your feeling / problems / expectation on the job.

29th 即係前日又有一次review，係講下你個職位要做d 咩同睇下你有咩期望同困難咁。我同佢都無咩好講，都係聽下佢解釋個職位係點。佢話我做野要快d ，我解釋話我因為唔熟，要睇清睇楚先得，因為金額好大，做錯左會好大風險，所以我要明白個中既程序先得，我做耐左就自然熟能生巧架啦。

放工約左呀Tom去Cyprus個birthday party 玩，我同佢地唔係太熟，唔岩玩，但佢早幾日已經打比我，又話咁耐無見，我唔好意思拒絕佢，所以就去左啦。係Hunghom 一間酒店 book 左個房，有八至九個人，我只係識得3-4 個，但唔係好熟，係大學都唔係玩開個班。叫左KFC 外賣，傾下計咁，呀sky 年底結婚，個個都問佢點解會有咁既打算，咁早結婚好咩﹖又無經濟基礎，佢話唔洗，佢有佢個諗法，祝佢幸福。
