時間真係過得快，一轉眼又過三個月，我終於都順利過到Probation，總算係放下心頭大石。個佬細話我知Probation 無薪金調整，要跟大圍一齊係十月先有，仲要係一月先會effective，即係拖住你啦，真係離哂譜。即係話要出年一月先有人工加，有排等。
宜家過左Probation 又要人寫d 咩Individual Development Plan，寫你未來呢一年要做d 咩去upgrade 自己，即係迫人讀書啦。我諗住只係寫讀國語就算，CFA master 唔想讀，咁就真係無野好讀啦。
呢間公司真係多多野搞!!!

我公司七月係應該調整，不過十一月先有公佈。
