Second Performance Review 24/04/08

果日又係另外一次performance review,時間過得真係快,一轉眼又做左成兩個月,乜野都慣哂。個manager 話一般做到3 個月都會有3 次performance review,今次係第二次,以下係manager 對我既評價:

Hi Timothy,

I am glad that we had a very good discussion & following are the points we discussed in the meeting:

According to your performance I observed in the past 2 months, you are fairly meet the job requirement & following are the improvement needs you should focus on:

1. Speed up the tasks handling
2. Ask question if anything unclear or don't understand (to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding and same question happen frequently)
3. Review the time management
4. Improve the team work skill

One thing I forgot to mention in our discussion. Currently, you are not fully taken over the tasks that your position is required. Normally, you should able to cater it within 3 months time.

To support your improvement as well as the team improvement, I will keep follow up the following items:

Printing issue i.e. FSS & DealTracker
Review the team email box usage
FSS deal ticket distribution handling

Timothy, other than the above, I would like to think that what are you able to contribute the team to improve the team efficiency & team spirit.

永遠都係話你做野唔夠快,無辦法,工作實在太多,dealer 開飛實在太慢,去到六點都仲有飛開,無計。system 差,搞到工作量增加。

不過係time management 方面我係有進步既空間,我會繼續改進。

佢話我應該可以過到probation,唔洗擔心,其間我問佢好多關於之前既人既事,好似點解佢地會被炒,做到有幾差,從而知道manager 既standard 水平去到邊。

從文所講,我地的確有一個good conversation,希望你話去改良既野改善到。
