Agent's Referral

之前收到個e-mail，係另外一間 agent send 黎，佢話想refer 我去I-bank 做，雖然無講係邊間，但係文裡提到headquarter 係Brussels，我就知道應該係KBC 比聯，佢係一間比利時既投資銀行，有份發行窩輪。佢介紹我既工作範圍如下:

Position: Client Service Analyst/Specialist
Department: Client Services-Generalists Team
Division: Commercial

Job Duties:

1. Monitoring and coordinating projects, acting as an interface between clients and the bank’s operational departments and Head Quarter in Brussels.
2. Acting as the first contact for Korean clients, as well as other client base within the Asia Pacific region.
3. Handles phone and e-mail enquiries to end clients, and providing quality services.
4. Client interactions to address/perform and deal with technical implementation of user interface system.
5. Handle technical queries over the phone, and address their issues upon usage of system.
   

Ideal candidate profile will be:

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or in relevant disciplines.
Between 2-4 years of back-office/operational banking experience.
Fluent English/Cantonese or Mandarin is a MUST (both written and spoken). Other Asian languages are a definite plus, especially Korean.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, team-player, eager to learn.
Proactive, motivated, and able to deal with high workload under pressure.
Good business acumen.
Positive mind-set and always smiling.

但係之後我send 返e-mail 比佢話我已經搵到工做，多謝佢既介紹。比著係其他人，一聽到有機會去投資銀行做一定去左interview 先算，但我因為已經應承左人地，所以廢事搞咁多野。同埋睇個post 好似嘛嘛地，我唔係好敢興趣。因此拒絕左agent 既referral.
